Terms of Service

The service

DingoSync ("we", "us") provides software that synchronises product and inventory data between eBay and Shopify. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity under your account. You must have the right to connect the eBay and Shopify stores you link to DingoSync, and you must comply with the terms of those platforms.

Fees and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. eBay and Shopify charge their own fees, which are paid directly to those providers.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use DingoSync for anything unlawful, to interfere with other users, or to attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.

No warranty

DingoSync is provided "as is". While we work hard to keep the service reliable, we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses (including lost sales or lost data) arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
